A family-owned peanut butter adventure is the newest kid on the block "soon to open" in the mall food court wing.  PBandU will be the first of its kind in the area, featuring a new, kid-friendly concept of fresh, fast, and wholesome peanut butter pairings from chocolate chips, carrots, and cream cheese to potato chips, pound cake and pretzels.  Whether create your own, signature creations or traditional favorites, the sandwiches, pizzas, fondues, and smoothies are concocted with homemade peanut butter prepared fresh daily with no preservatives.
