What's Stroller Barre?Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out.&nbsp;Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood. We move, sing, and interact with the little ones throughout class to engage and entertain them&nbsp;in the stroller! Who Should Come?Moms and children&nbsp;(ages 6 weeks to 5 years old).Note: If you need to bring older kids along during&nbsp;school breaks, contact&nbsp;Regina (information below) for the policies on this. What To Bring?You, your little one(s), a stroller, and water.&nbsp;If needed, you have the option to baby wear during the workout. If you think you might need it, bring your body carrier just in case.Note: Children MUST remain in a stroller or body carrier throughout&nbsp;the duration of each class. The 166k facility is now offering&nbsp;exceptional health care for over 25 specialties. Check back for updates because there's more to come in 2024.&nbsp; Coming in 2025:&nbsp;The PearlMoorestown Mall will welcome a residential community with 375 units and an accompanying enclosed parking garage with 672 spaces, developed by Bel Canto.
