Now Open: Cooper University Health Care

Cooper University Health Care has opened the first phase of its $150 million state-of-the-art outpatient campus at Moorestown Mall. The 166k facility is now offering exceptional health care for over 25 specialties. Check back for updates because there's more to come in 2024. 

Coming in 2025: The Pearl

Moorestown Mall will welcome a residential community with 375 units and an accompanying enclosed parking garage with 672 spaces, developed by Bel Canto. Residents of the Pearl will be able to take advantage of everything our property has to offer. Phase 1 opens in 2025!
