What's Stroller Barre?Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out.&nbsp;Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood. We move, sing, and interact with the little ones throughout class to engage and entertain them&nbsp;in the stroller! What To Bring?You, your little one(s), a stroller, and water.&nbsp;If needed, you have the option to baby wear during the workout.
